聚甲醛的强韧化改性研究

【摘要】 分别以热塑性聚氨酯和短切玻璃纤维为增韧剂和增强剂 ,以传统的共混方式 ,对聚甲醛进行了增韧和增强改性研究 ,获得了强度和韧性同时提高的改性材料

【Abstract】 TPU and GF (glass fibers) were blended with POM resin to improve the mechanical properties of blending products. Morphology, impact and stretching tenacities were examined with SEM and mechanical testing. Results indicated that both intension and toughness of the blends are improved.If the GF is added less than 25% and the content of TPU is around 30%.
