17β-雌二醇对鲻鱼脑垂体促性腺激素细胞分泌活动的影响

【摘要】 本文用组织学方法研究了 1 7β 雌二醇对鲻鱼脑垂体促性腺激素分泌细胞 (go nadotropincell,GtH)发育成熟和分泌活动的影响 .结果表明 ,1 7β 雌二醇能够促使鲻鱼脑垂体GtH细胞发育成熟 .表现在实验组 (高和低剂量组 )给药 2个月后 ,脑垂体中外侧部多数GtH细胞胞质充满分泌颗粒 ,而对照组GtH细胞胞质尚未充满分泌颗粒 .另外 ,给药 5个月后 ,高剂量和低剂量实验组多数GtH细胞胞质出现空泡 ,而对照组空泡则很少 .这说明 1 7β 雌二醇有促进GtH细胞的分泌活动 ,并促使鲻鱼性腺提早发育 .这些结果可为 1 7β 雌二醇的作用机制提供科学依据 .

【Abstract】 Using histological methods, the effects of 17β-estradiol on the development and maturation as well as secretory activity of gonadotropin cell(GtH) in grey mullet were studied. The results indicated that 17β-estradiol may promote the development and maturation of GtH cell of pituitary gland. It appeared that the full secretory granules of GtH cell occurred in the proximal pars distalis of pituitary after drug treatment two months in the experemental groups( high and low dosage),while no full secretory granules in the control group.In addition, a lot of vesicles occurred in the cytoplasm of GtH cells after 5 months drug treatment in the experimental groups,while rare vesicles in the control group. It may suggest that 17β-estradiol promoted the secretory activity of GtH cell and the gonadal early development.these results will provide scientific basis for the action mechanism of 17β-estradiol.
