【摘要】 对入世前后外资银行在我国所享受的待遇进行了详细比较 ,提出入世后中外银行业的残酷竞争将不可避免。然后客观地分析了我国银行业目前存在的主要问题 ,认为体制缺陷、资本充足率低、不良资产和分业经营是入世后我国银行业面临的根本问题 ,而应对外资银行的挑战 ,需要我们以银行体制改革为龙头 ,并在人才、创新、平等竞争环境等方面采取相应的措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Compares the treatment of foreign banks in China.After the accession with that before the accession in detail,points out that,the competition between banks of China and foreign countries is inevitable and analysis main problems that Chinese banks face including system limitation, lower capital ratio, non-performing assets and separate management.Moreover to meet the challenge from foreign banks,should be taken such as the reform of China bank system should be made in the first place and appropriate measures should be taken such as talent plan, innovation, equity chance and so on.更多还原
