【摘要】 高校伙食工作是整个高校生活后勤的主要支撑点之一 ,也是高校后勤社会化改革的重点突破口。建设社会主义市场经济的大量事实表明 ,随着高校体制的改革和后勤社会化改革的深入开展 ,一方面高校伙食实体不能以盈利为唯一目的 ,学校还必须给予必要的投入 ;另一方面高校伙食日益明显地暴露出福利性与市场经济不相适应的弊端。高校伙食存在的福利性是教育属性和中国社会主义属性本质的体现。大学生这个特殊的消费群体和我国现阶段的国情 ,也决定了高校伙食中存在福利性的合理性。而高校伙食中存在的福利性根据市场经济规律 ,必然要向有偿服务性转变。转变的依据符合马克思主义关于“服务就是商品”的理论 ,符合高校的实际情况。更多还原
