评聘机制下图书馆流通管理工作
【摘要】 文章结合本馆工作实际,论述了评聘机制下高校图书馆流通管理工作的做法及收益。
【Abstract】 This thesis combined the library work reality and expounded the colleges and universities library circulation management work’s method and profit under appraisal through engagement mechanism.
