【Abstract】 In China, the study of information resources management is still in embryo, and the works on it are few. Therefore, it is necessary to have a general knowledge of what information resources management is and what it consists of. Large and medium - sized enterprises in Hebei Province have come through the phases of traditional management and technical management, and are now forming their own thinking, organization, technique and planned - management foundation.This paper proposes the method of IBM which should be car-tied out in Hebei Province. At last, altogether eight concrete issues to which more attention should be paid are put forward.更多还原
