从机械加工角度探讨石墨电极与接头连接烧损、松脱、折断的原因及解决方法
DISCUSSION ON REASONS OF BURNING LOSS, UNFIXING AND DROP,WRECKAGE CAUSED BY CONNECTION BETWEEN GRAPHITE ELECTRODE AND NIPPLE AND SUITABLE SOLUTIONS
【摘要】 提出了有效减少石墨电极在电炉熔炼过程中折断、松脱、烧损的新思路,介绍了"理想连接"的新概念,强调了环规和硬质合金梳刀对提高加工精度的作用。
【Abstract】 A new idea on how to effectively reduce or avoid the burning loss, unfixing and drop, wreckage of graphite electrode during steelmaking is expounded. The concept of ideal connection is put forward. It is emphasized that it is important to use ring gauge measuring and hard carbide tooth plane iron machining, which help to improve the machining precision.
