【Abstract】 The trend in development of carbon anode raw materials in the world as well as the effect of raw materials on the quality of carbon anode are discussed in this paper. The relation between the quality of carbon anode and the cost of aluminum is also analyzed. The feasibility of adjusting the technological parameters to cope with the problems caused by the fluctuation in properties of raw materials is explored too. It is quite clear that to meet the development of aluminum industry, special emphasis needs to be put on the research of carbon anode production technology which could deal with difficulties related to the quality of raw materials.更多还原
