烧结工艺对无粘结剂C/C复合材料性能的影响

【摘要】 烧结是制备无粘结剂C/C复合材料工艺过程中最为关键的一个环节 ,烧结方式和烧结制度是否合理直接影响着制品的最终性能。对此 ,进行了常压和加压烧结两种工艺制度的比较研究 ,分析了影响制品性能的主要原因 :水分及其他吸附杂质的排出 ;挥发分逸出 ;氧化烧损。试验表明 :在 30 0~ 70 0℃之间保持 0 .7~ 1.7℃ /min的慢升温速率加压烧结 ,可以获得性能优良的无粘结剂C/C复合材料。

【Abstract】 Sintering process plays an important role in preparation of binderless C/C composites, and the properties of final C/C composite products is closely related to the sintering method and the sintering scheme adopted in the process. In this paper the sintering processes with and without pressure were compared, and it was found that the main factors affecting the properties of the C/C composite include the elimination of the moisture and impurities in raw materials as well as the volatile matter released in the sintering process and the control of weight loss during oxidation stage. The experimental results indicate that binderless C/C composites with good properties can be obtained at 300~700 ℃ with the heating rate being at about 0.7~1.7 ℃/min.
