轧机导板用变质处理铸造高速钢的研究

【摘要】 通过调整高速钢成分和采用RE Mg Ti复合变质处理 ,可改变共晶碳化物的形态和分布 ,使高速钢冲击韧性大幅度提高。变质处理高速钢导板强韧性和耐磨性明显优于普通导板 ,导板寿命提高 2倍以上。

【Abstract】 It is available to improve the morphology and distribution of eutectic carbide in high speed steel (HSS), obviously increase the impact toughness of HSS by adjusted chemical compositions and inoculated casting with RE\|Mg\|Ti treated agent. The strength\|toughness and wear resistance of inoculating HSS rolling mill guides are appreciably better than that of ordinary guides. The HSS guide service life increased by more than 2 times as compared with that of ordinary guides.
