二冷配水对304不锈钢连铸板坯质量的影响

【摘要】 根据 30 4不锈钢凝固时的结晶特性 ,模拟计算了连铸拉速为 0 7m min时 ,不同二冷配水下铸坯温度场的变化 ,分析了二冷配水对 30 4不锈钢凝固时传热特性的影响 ,并提出提高铸坯质量的二冷配水原则。

【Abstract】 Based on the crystallization characteristics of 304 stainless steel during solidification, the change of temperature field with different secondary cooling water rate at concasting speed 0.7m/min has been calculated simulatively. The effect of secondary cooling water rate on heat transfer feature of 304 stainless steel during solidification is analyzed and the principle to secondary cooling water rate for increasing concasting slab quality is given in this paper.
