冷轧薄钢板退火再结晶的计算机模拟
Computer Simulation of Annealing Recrystallization of Cold Rolling Steel Sheet
【摘要】 采用MonteCarlo方法和简化的物理模型所编制的程序较好地模拟了冷轧钢板退火组织的演变过程及变化规律 ,模拟程序所演示的退火过程晶粒尺寸和再结晶百分比变化与实验所得到的结果一致
【Abstract】 The change course and regularity of continuous annealing microstructure of cold rolling steel sheet have been successfully simulated by programming using the Monte Carlo method and a simplified physical model. The change law of grain size and recrystallized grain fraction during annealing derived from the simulation is identical with that got by test.
