背压式液动冲击器密封问题研究

【摘要】 随着油气田勘探开发向纵深发展 ,液动冲旋钻井技术钻硬地层的独特优点引起了广大科研工作者浓厚的兴趣。但是如何在恶劣的工作环境下提高冲击器的抗摩擦性能成为该技术大面积推广的一个技术难点。文章首先阐述了石油行业中常用的几种典型动密封结构形式 ,然后通过总结这些结构的优缺点 ,提出了一种利于提高冲击器使用寿命的新型密封结构。通过室内试验证实该密封结构性能可靠 ,价格低廉 ,对提高冲击器的使用寿命和现场推广有很大的帮助作用

【Abstract】 Along with the farther expansion o f oil and gas field exploration and development,the unique advantages of drillin g hard strata by use of hydraulic percussive ratory drilling techniques have br ought to the vast numbers of scientific workers’ great interests.But how to rais e the antiwear property of the impactor under bad working conditions becomes a te chnical difficulty in widely popularizing these techniques.In the paper,several typical dynamic seal structures used commonly in petroleum industry are stated f irstly,then a novel seal structure beneficial to increasing lifetime of the impa ctor is proposed through summarizing the merits and demerits of these structures .In light of laboratorial testing it is proved that the novel seal structure is of reliable operating performance and low price,thus having great significance f or raising the lifetime of the impactor and for popularizing on the spot.
