高气水比气井井筒压力的计算方法

【摘要】 Cullender和Smith模型是计算气井井底压力的首选方法 ,被广泛应用于干气井井筒压力计算。文章通过对Cullender和Smith方法进行含水修正 ,建立了该方法用于高气水比气井井筒压力计算的新模型。从气体稳定流动能量方程出发 ,运用两相流知识 ,详细讨论了模型推导中涉及的气—水井流密度、气—水井流质量流量、气—水井流体积流速、气—水井流Moody摩阻系数的计算方法 ,给出了各参数采用我国法定计量单位的实用公式 ,最后将各参数计算公式代入气体稳定流动能量方程 ,得出适用于高气水比气井井筒压力计算的修正Cullender和Smith模型。文中同时给出一计算实例 ,对比了采用传统Cullender和Smith模型和文中提出的修正Cullender和Smith模型进行气井井底流压和井筒流压分布计算的结果 ,其效果良好。

【Abstract】 The Cullender Smith model firstly taken for computing gas well bottom hole pressure is widely used for calculating wellbore pressure in a dry gas well.Through correcting the Cullender Smith method for water content,a new model of computing wellbore pressure in a gas well with high gas water ratio was set up by the authors.In the paper,on the basis of the energy equation of gas steady flow,the computing methods of such parameters involved in the derivation of model as the density,mass flow rate,volumetric flow velocity and friction resistance coefficient of the fluids in a gas water well are discussed in detail by use of two phase flow theory;the applied formulae,tallying with legal measurement units,of calculating these parameters are put forward;then a corrected Cullender Smith model suitable for computing the wellbore pressure in a gas well with high gas water ratio may be obtained through substituting these formulae mentioned above into the energy equation of gas steady flow.A calculation example is introduced in the paper.Through contrasting the results of computing the flow pressures both at bottom hole and along wellbore by use of the conventional and corrected Cullender Smith models,it is shown that the corrected model is reliable.
