【摘要】 柴达木盆地东部气田是我国陆上第四大气田 ,地质储量丰富。产层属于第四系 ,岩性主要为粉砂岩和泥质粉砂岩 ,成岩作用弱 ,胶结疏松。储层以粒间孔隙为主 ,物性属于高孔中渗的储集特征。目前气田面临严重出砂 ,从而气藏的产能受到限制。文章从储层特征和开发工艺技术分析入手 ,结合室内实验 ,得出了疏松砂岩出砂的砂粒中包括以下四个方面的颗粒 :①渗流砂出砂 ,含量为 3%～ 4 % ,任何措施都不可避免的砂粒 ;②弱胶结附着的颗粒出砂 ,主要粒径为 <37μm ,由于工作液与储层流体、矿物不配伍而导致形成 ;③储层骨架颗粒破坏型出砂 ,主要是施工工艺参数不合理形成的 ;④砂穴崩落型出砂 ,综合因素引起的质变。根据不同砂粒的出砂机理不同 ,文章给出了针对性的预防措施和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The East gas field is the fourth large st subaerial field in China,being abundant in reserves in place.Producing format ion belongs to Quaternary and is mainly composed of siltstones and argillaceous siltstones with poor diagenesis and loose cementation.Storage rooms are mainly i ntergranular pores and petrophysical property of reservoir belongs in high poros ity and medium permeability.A serious sand production has been found in the gas field at present,making the productivity of the gas reservoir be limited.On the basis of analyzing the reservoir characteristics and development technology and in combination with laboratory tests,it was found that the sand grains produced from the unconsolidated sands inclued four types:①sand grains produced by perco lation flow are unavoidable under any measure,accounting for 3～4%;②unconso lidated sand grains with grain diameters of <37 μm were produced because of th e incompatibility of working fluid with reservoir fluids and minerals;③Sand gra ins resulting from the destorying of reservoir framework were produced owing to unreasonable operation technological parameters;and ④ sand grains sloughed from sand cave were produced owing to many factors.In light of different sand produc tion mechanisms of different sand grains,some reasonable preventive measures and suggestions are put forward in the paper.更多还原
