“增温溶解,保温过柱,温水解吸”提制二氢杨梅素(二)
PURIFICATION FOR DIHYDROMYRICETIN BY METHOD OF "DISSOLVING AND FLOWING WITH HEATING AND DISABORING WITH WATER"(Ⅱ)
【摘要】 本文对“增温溶解 ,保温过柱 ,温水解吸”方法提制显齿蛇葡萄中二氢杨梅素的提制条件以及高纯度的二氢杨梅素制备进行了研究。结果表明 :过柱时上柱料液浓度、过柱速度以及解吸时水的流速对二氢杨梅素的提制均有影响。适宜选择条件分别为 5mg/ml的上柱料液浓度、2BV/h的过柱速度、6~10BV/h的水解吸速度。利用重结晶可以制备高纯度的二氢杨梅素
【Abstract】 The purification factors of "dissolving and flowing with heating and disaboring with water" and high purity of dihydromyricetin’s purification were studied in this paper.Results showed:content of raw materials,elution speed of original solvent and water have effect on purification.The required parameters were determined as 5 mg/ml~10 mg/ml,2 BV/h,6~10 BV/h.Pure dihydromyricetin was purified by re crystalization.
