【Abstract】 Determination of parthenolide in feverfew by SFC was studied in this paper.The precision and linearity of the detector response were excellent,the RSD were 2.67% and 0.70% respectively for retention time and peak area,the value of correlation coeffcient(r 2)was 0.9996.The sample was determined directly after it was extracted with CH 3OH,and it was finished within 3 minutes.This method could be used to analyse parthenolide in feverfew rapidly.更多还原
