茜草、虎杖及决明子的高速逆流色谱研究
THE SPARATIONS OF INDIA MADDER ROOT,GIANT KNOTWEED RHIZOME AND CASSIA SEED BY HIGH SPEED COUNTERCURRENT CHROMATOGRAPHY
【摘要】 以茜草、虎杖及决明子三种传统中药材为原料 ,利用高速逆流色谱对其蒽醌类活性成分进行制备性分离研究。研究表明 :氯仿∶甲醇∶水 =4∶x∶2 (x =3 5~ 4 0 )作为溶剂分离系统 ,对含蒽醌类中草药的乙醇初提物进行分离 ,具有通用性。对制备物进行薄层色谱分析 ,检验被分离的蒽醌类成分 ,进一步证实了该方法的有效性及实用性
【Abstract】 The separations of India Medder Root,Giant Knotweed Rhizome and Cassia Seed were carried out by HSCCC.The two-phase system was composed of CHCl 3∶CH 3OH∶H 2O=4∶x∶2,which x was between 3 5~4 to different samples.The fractionated components were identified on TLC,which confirmed this solvent system was extensive and very useful.
