【Abstract】 The paper introduces some critical technologies for wireless video streaming that securely and efficiently streams video to heterogeneous clients over time varying communication links. Clients may differ in their communication capabilities and wireless channels may have time varying characteristics. The paper designs scalable video coding and progressive encryption techniques jointly, and presents a communication scheme for wireless video streaming.更多还原
