耳蜗外毛细胞静纤毛束变异与听功能改变的关系
Variant Stereociliary Bundles of Cochlear Out Hair Cells and Their Relationship With Auditory Function
【摘要】 目的 探讨耳蜗毛细胞静纤毛束变异与听功能改变的关系。方法 测定 2 0只豚鼠听性脑干反应(ABR)阈和畸变产物耳声发射 (DPOAE)振幅 ,观察耳蜗毛细胞静纤毛变异形态 ,计数变异的毛细胞数目。结果 耳蜗毛细胞静纤毛束变异主要为第一排外毛细胞静纤毛转位 ,多呈 90° ,少数达 180°,两臂长短不一 ,“W”型夹角变大。在这些动物中 ,ABR反应阈变化不明显 ,DPOAE振幅显著增大。结论 豚鼠耳蜗外毛细胞静纤毛束变异具有普遍性 ,变异者伴有一定的听功能改变 ,DPOAE可作为判断变异的指标。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the variant stereociliary bundles of cochlear out hair cell(OHC)and their relationship with auditory function.Methods Auditory brainstem response(ABR)and otoacoustic emission of distortion products(DPOAE)were assayed to 20 guinea pigs,then variant hair cells were observed and counted.Results The main form of variations was rotation of stereociliary bundles in first raw OHC,frequently rotated 90°,few 180°.Sometimes the length and angle of two arms of OHC varied.ABR threshold of these animals increased lightly.But amplitude of DPOAE increased significantly.Conclusion The study suggested rotation of stereociliary bundles in the cochlear OHC could be generally found.It was accompanied with change of auditory function.DPOAE might be a marker to judge it.It was possible that variant and rotated OHC might result in deafness and tinnitus.
