【摘要】 目的 探索发声矫治在嗓音病治疗中的临床应用。方法 对４６例因声带良性病变施行手术后，发声仍不满意的职业用声者进行发声矫治。在解除精神负担的基础上，以肌肉松驰练习和呼吸练习为基本训练，选择训练打哈欠叹气练习、水泡音练习、咀嚼疗法。结果 练习３个月后观察疗效，２８例嗓音完全恢复正常（占６０．8７％），１６例嗓音基本恢复（占３４．７８％），２例嗓音恢复不满意（占４．３５％），总有效率９５．７％。结沦 发声矫治是嗓音病治疗行之有效的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application of voice modification in the treatment of voice diseases. Methods 46 cases of occupational voice user with postoperative vocal fold benign lesions were treated by voice modification if they had heterophony. The muscular relax and breath exercise were trained as the basic methods, in addition, yawn sign and chew exercises were stectively used. Results After three months’ treatment, 28 cases returned to normal voice, 16 cases basically returned to normal, 2 cases had no distinct improvement. Conclusion Voice modification is one of the effective treatment to voice disorder.更多还原
