【摘要】 目的 :观察清热利湿法在慢性乙型肝炎中的治疗作用 ,并进一步了解慢性乙型肝炎的辨证特点。方法 :采取随机、对照的办法选取病例 ,以转氨酶水平、体液免疫、住院时间为观察指标作统计学处理。结果 :两组病人治疗后在转氨酶、体液免疫水平上于第3、4周有差异 ,对住院时间有影响。结论 :清热利湿法在慢性乙型肝炎的治疗中有意义 ,尤其能够降低体液免疫反应 ,对肝炎的活动有作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of the therapy of eliminating dampness and heat on chronic Hepatitis B, and understand the feature of differentiation of symptoms and signs deeply. Method: The patients were chose by the method of randomness and control. There were three indexes: the level of amintransferase, humoral immunity and length of hospitalization. And these data were processed with the method of statistics. Results: There was a difference of the level of amintransferase and humoral immunity between these two groups at the third or fourth week after treatment and an influence on length of hospitalization. Conclusion: The therapy of eliminating dampness and heat has an obvious effect on treating chronic Hepatitis B, especially on reducing humoral immune reaction and the activity of hepatitis.更多还原
