【摘要】 目的 :研究中药复方通脉Ⅰ号对自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)增殖的影响。方法 :采用 [3H]胸腺嘧啶核苷 ([3H]TdR)掺入法、电镜、细胞计数等方法观察通脉 1号对SHR胸主动脉平滑肌细胞生长、增殖及超微结构的影响。结果 :通脉Ⅰ号能显著减少VSMC对3 H -胸腺嘧啶 (3 H -TdR)的摄取 ;抑制平滑肌细胞生长 ;促进SHR的VSMC的超微结构改变。结论 :通脉Ⅰ号具有抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖的效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of tongmai I ,a compound prescription of Chinese herbs,on proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cell in SHR.Method:Observing the effect of tongmai I on the growth,proliferation and ultrastruction of VSMC by thymidine incorporation,electronic microscopy and cell count methcds. Result: Tongmai I could significantly decrease the 3H TdR incorporation of VSMC,inhibit the growth of VSMC and promote the changes of ultrastructure of VSMC in SHR.
