【摘要】 目的 :观察扶正理气逐瘀汤合通关散治疗腹部手术后胃肠道功能紊乱的疗效。方法 :腹部手术的患者 ,口服扶正理气逐瘀汤 ,直肠注入通关散 ,观察对排便排气时间的影响及直肠动力学变化 ,并通过动物实验进行验证。结果 :临床观察及实验研究皆表明扶正理气逐瘀汤合通关散能使减慢的胃肠运动加快 ,有明显促进排便作用。结论 :本方法治疗腹部手术后胃肠道功能紊乱疗效显著 ,临床应用安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observing the effect of fuzhengliqitongyu decoction and tongguan powder on gastrointestinal disturbance after operation on abdomen. Method:The patients after abdominal operation were orally given liqizhuyu decoction and infused into their rectums with the tongguan powder.,Observing the effect on the duration of defecation and deflation and the changes of the rectum dynamics,and it was proved by animal experiments. Results:The clinical observation and the experimental researches indicated that the fuzhengliqizhuyu decoction combined with tongguan powder can accelerate the grastrointestinal movement of the patients with slow gastrointestinal motion,apparently stimulate action on defecation. Conclusion:The therapeutic efficiency of this method in the treatment of gastrointestinal disturbance after abdominal operation is apparent and safe.更多还原
