【摘要】 目的 :研究双黄连和干扰素对柯萨奇病毒感染的心肌炎模型鼠的抗病毒效果和保护心肌作用。方法 :利用柯萨奇病毒和BALB/C小鼠制备病毒性心肌炎动物模型 ,用干扰素粉针剂和双黄连口服液处理此模型连续 9d ,第 10d利用原位杂交技术检测心肌中病毒核酸 ,并观察心肌病理变化。结果 :干扰素和双黄连联合治疗组的炎症细胞浸润程度、心肌细胞损伤程度、心肌内病毒核酸含量显著低于病毒对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :干扰素和双黄连联合应用于小鼠的病毒性心肌炎 ,可减轻病毒所致的病理性损伤和心肌内病毒的复制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the anti-virus and myocardial protection effect of Interferon and shuanghuanglian on Viral Myocarditis(VMC).Methods:Coxsackie Virus B 3(CVB 3)and BALB/C mice were used to make VMC animal model.Interferon and Shuanghuanglian per os liquid was used to deal with ehe model for 9 days.In situ hybridization was applied to observe CVB 3-RNA of BALB/C mice on day 10,additionally the paraffin embeded section of myocardial tissue were done to observe the histopathology.Results:The levels of inflammatory cells infiltration,myocardial fibro injury and CVB 3-RNA in group with interferon and shuanghuanglian were significantly lighter than control group.Conclusion:Combinational use of interferon and shanghuanglian per os liquid on VMC animal model can decline pathological injury and viral copy.更多还原
