【摘要】 对 8例重症肌无力 (m yasthenia gravis,MG)伴胸腺瘤患者行 X-刀治疗 ,结果显示稳定缓解 5例 ,药物缓解 2例 ,部分缓解 1例。未见明显的肌无力加重或诱发危象及其它不良反应 ,其中 5例术后 6个月复查纵隔 CT或 MRI发现胸腺瘤体积较治疗前缩小 ,1例无明显变化。 8例患者治疗前后的 Ach Rab和 CAEab滴度均有下降。提示 :该方法疗效可靠 ,具有微侵袭、高精度、准确安全的特点 ,对病情危重、年龄大、不宜手术治疗的合并胸腺异常的 MG患者是一种安全有效的治疗方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Eight cases of myasthenia gavis (MG) associated with thymoma were subjected to X knife therapy. The results showed that 5 cases stably relieved, 2 relieved with drug therapy and one partially relieved. No obvious myasthenia aggravation, myasthenic crisis induction or other side effects were found. Six months later, CT or MRI reported the tumor size of 5 cases out of 8 cases was reduced as compared with before x knife treatment, and one case had no obvious change. The concentrations of AchRab and CAEab of all the 8 cases were decreased. It was suggested that the x knife therapy for MG had reliable effectiveness with microinvasion, high accuracy and safety, especially suitable to MG patients whose disease condition was serious and age was older and those who couldn’t be subjected to operation.更多还原
