【摘要】 目的 :探讨覆膜支架介入治疗主动脉瘤的临床意义。方法:应用“Z”型覆膜支架通过介入治疗技术旷置主动脉瘤或闭合夹层动脉瘤破口。结果:1例降主动脉瘤及2例主动脉夹层动脉瘤 (Debakey Ⅲ型 )介入治疗效果满意。结论:主动脉瘤的介入治疗优势明显 ,远期效果有待进一步研究更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study clinical value of aortic aneurysm’s treatment with coated stent.Methods:Using zigzag coated stent to repair the aortic aneurysm by the way of interventioanl strategy.Results:One patient with descending aortic aneurysm and two patients with aortic dissection(Debakey Ⅲ)had a good result on interventional treatment.Conclusion: Treatment of aortic aneurysm with coated stent has many advantages,but long term effects needs further study.更多还原
