高脂饮食对氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白和巨噬细胞集落刺激因子影响的实验研究
Experimental study of the effect of high-lipid food on the Oxidized low density lipoprotein and macrophage colony-stimulating factor
【摘要】 目的 :探讨高脂饮食引起动脉粥样硬化的机理。方法 :采用高脂饮食喂养小鼠,用酶联免疫吸附法检测小鼠血清中OX -LDL含量 ;用RT -PCR法检测小鼠腹腔M -CSFmRNA的表达。结果 :高脂刺激动物体内OX -LDL含量增加和M -CSFmRNA的表达的增强。结论 :高脂刺激动物体内OX -LDL、M -CSF含量的升高 ,加速动脉粥样硬化的形成
【Abstract】 Objective:To research the mechanism of atherosolerosis(AS) induced by the high-lipid food. Methods: The mouses were fed with the high-lipid food, then the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the content of OX-LDL in serum and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used to determine the expression of M-CSF mRNA in the macrophage in mouse’s ventro-cavity.Results: The high-lipid food could cause both the increase of the content of OX-LDL and enhancement of expression of M-CSF within the body.Conclusion: The high-lipid food may accelerate the development of AS by stimulating the elevation of the content of OX-LD and M-CSF in the body.
