【摘要】 目的 :探讨 α- 2 b干扰素 (安福隆 )联合猪苓多糖注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法 :将 92例慢性乙肝病人随机分为α- 2 b干扰素联合猪苓多糖 (治疗 )组和常规保肝 (对照 )组 ,观察并记录临床症状和体征、病原学、肝脏生化指标、血常规及肾功能。结果 :治疗组 HBe Ag、HBV- DNA转阴率及 HBe Ab阳转率显著高于对照组 ,肝功复常率亦明显高于对照组 ,有显著差异。结论 :安福隆与猪苓多糖联合应用 ,能够显著提高治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: We treated chronic hepatitis B with α 2b interferon (α 2b IFN) combing Injection ZhuLingDuoTang. Methods: 92 patients were divided into two group randomized. 52 patients were received treatment with combination of IFN and Injection ZhuLingDuoTang, 40 patients (control) were received common drugs. Results: HBeAg and HBV DNA sero convesion and liver function showed significant difference between two groups (P<0 05). The group of combination treatment was suggested more effectivity than control. Conclusion: α 2b IFN combing injection ZhuLingDuoTang can increase the rfficiancy of treatment of Chronic hepatitis B.更多还原
