三倍体梨品种F1代染色体数目鉴定

【摘要】 对以 3个优良三倍体梨品种大水核、安梨、白皮洋和 2个二倍体品种为亲本的 5个杂交组合的 14 7株F1 代进行了染色体数目鉴定 ,发现 2株三倍体 ( 2n =3x =51) ,1株四倍体( 2n =4x =6 8) ,这 3株多倍体均为大水核×白皮洋的F1 代 ,表明三倍体梨品种间杂交也能获得多倍体 ,多倍体出现率为 9.38% ;而三倍体与二倍体品种相互杂交F1 代中没有发现多倍体 ,在三倍体为母本 ,二倍体为父本的F1 代中 ,非整倍体出现率为 6 0 % ;在二倍体为母本 ,三倍体为父本的F1 代中 ,非整倍体出现率为 6 .6 7% ,余者均为二倍体。

【Abstract】 Observations on chromosome number of 147 seedlings derived from 5 hybridized combination of 3 triploid pear cultivars’Dashuihe’,’Anli’,’Baipiyang’and 2 diploid pear cultivars as seed or pollen parent were made and it was found that 2 seedlings were triploid(2 n=3x =51)and 1 seedlimg was tetraploid (2 n =4 x =68).The three polyploid seedlings were all derived from’Dashuihe×Baipiyang’,which showed that polyploid seedlings could be obtained from hybridization between triploid pear cultivars and the ratio of polyploid seedlings produced was 9.38%.No polyploid seedlings were found from the hybridization between triploid cultivars and diploid cultivars as seed or pollen parent.The ratio of aneuploid seedlings derived from the hybridization of triploid pear(seed parent)and diploid pear (pollen parent)was 60%,the ratio of aneuploid seedlings from the hybridization of diploid pear (seed parent)and triploid pear (pollen parent) was 6.67% and all the remaining seedlings from these hybridizations were diploid.
