饲用酶制剂中木聚糖酶酶学性质的研究
The Studies on Characteristics of Xylanase Used in Feedstuff
【摘要】 木聚糖酶是饲用复合酶制剂中的主要酶种之一 ,本文对某商品酶制剂中的木聚糖酶进行了酶学性质的研究 ,这对于木聚糖酶的酶活测定、保存及应用均具有重要的指导意义。实验结果表明 :该木聚糖酶的热稳定性良好 ,最适反应温度为 5 0℃ ,最适 p H为 5 .0 ,Km值为 4 .4 85 mg/m L,Cu2 +、Zn2 +、Mn2 +和 Fe3+对本木聚糖酶有抑制作用 ,而 Na+、K+及 (NH4 ) 2 SO4 能提高此木聚糖酶的活性。
【Abstract】 Being one of the main enzymes used in feedstuff, the xylanase and it’s characteristics was detailed studied in this paper. It’s helpful to the assay of xylanase’s activity, conservation and application. The results indicated that the enzyme has good heat stability, and it’s optimal temperature was 50℃ and pH 5.0 respectively, Km was 4.485 mg/mL.Besides,Cu 2+?Zn 2+?Mn 2+ and Fe 3+ had inhibitory effect on the enzyme activity, but Na+?K+ and (NH4)2SO4 could stimulate the activity.
