【摘要】 目的　探讨左旋卡尼丁对冠心病PTCA术 (percutaneoustransluminalcoronaryangioplasty)心肌的保护作用。方法　比较 70例经左旋卡尼丁治疗的冠心病PTCA术患者血清CK MB、左室射血分数值的变化并与常规治疗的PTCA术患者进行比较。结果　应用左旋卡尼丁治疗的冠心病PTCA治疗患者的CK MB值较对照组明显减低 ,且CK MB峰值持续时间亦明显减低 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,而左室射血分数值增高 (P =0 .0 0 0 3)。结论　左旋尼丁对冠心病PTCA术心肌有明显的保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of L?carnitine on the treatment of patients with PTCA.Methods Seventy patients with PTCA were treated with L?carnitine,the serum CK?MB was measured with L?carnitine and left ventricular ejection fraction was determined by echocardiography before and after PTCA in two groups.Results The serum CK?MB was decreased and EF was increased in the patients that treated with L?carnitine as compared to the patients with routine treatment.Conclusion The study suggested that L-carnitine might be an effective auxiliary medicine on the treatment of patients with PTCA.更多还原
