【摘要】 目的　探讨宁夏枸杞王 (lyciumbarbaruml,LBL)抗石英粉尘的细胞毒作用及其机理。 方法　采用体外细胞培养法 ,用不同浓度LBL处理染石英尘的肺泡巨噬细胞 (alveolarmacrophage ,AM )后 ,测定肺泡巨噬细胞膜脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (malonadehyde ,MDA) ,AM内超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutse,SOD)活性。 结果　LBL能显著抑制AM膜丙二醛 (MDA)生成量 ,以 10mg/LLBL作用最显著 ,且能提高AM内超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。 结论　LBL具有抗石英尘对AM脂质过氧化作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects and mechanism of LBL on the injury of alveolar macrophage exposed to quartz in vitro.Methods Malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of antioxidant enzyme were determined after alveolar macrophage were exposed to quartz in vitro and also with the additions of different doses of LBL in culture medium.Results LBL could inhibit the production of MDA in AM. 10 mg/L LBL had the most obvious inhibitory effect. LBL could also increase the activity of SOD in AM with an obvious dose-response relationship.Conclusion LBL can antagonize the lipid peroxidation of alveolar macrophage injured by quartz.更多还原
