复合型固色柔软剂及其对棉织物的整理
Combined fixing-softening agents and their application in cotton fabric finishing
【摘要】 为使染整加工合理化从而达到高效节能的目的 ,采用固色组分和柔软组分制备了复合型固色柔软剂 ,并将其用于棉织物的一浴固色和柔软整理 .重点考察和研究了固色柔软剂的浓度、焙烘温度、染料浓度以及固色柔软剂中的柔软组分对加工织物的染色表面深度、固色率、皂洗牢度、摩擦牢度、手感和润湿性的影响 .结果表明 ,固色柔软剂在工作浴中的浓度的提高 ,能够促进加工织物的皂洗牢度、摩擦牢度、表面深度和固色率的增长 ;随着焙烘温度的升高 ,加工织物的皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度均有所改善 ,表面深度、固色率和柔软性略有波动 ;随着染料浓度的升高 ,加工织物的皂洗牢度、摩擦牢度和固色率逐渐下降 ,表面深度则呈现相反的趋势 ;固色柔软剂中的柔软组分对固色组分的固色作用并没有产生很大影响 ,3种不同类型的柔软组分对染色整理织物性能的影响表现出不同的特点
【Abstract】 Fixing-softening agents were made with a fixing component and softening component, and used in combined fixing and softening process of dyed cotton fabrics with direct dyes. Some factors affecting the process such as the fixing-softening agent, curing temperature and direct dyes are discussed. The dyed and finished fabrics were evaluated in respects of color depth, fixation, fastness properties and hand feeling etc. The results of experiments indicate that the color fastness to soaping and rubbing fastness, color depth and fixation of dyed and finished cotton fabric gradually increase with increasing concentration of a fixing-softening agent in a treating bath. The color fastness to soaping and rubbing fastness of dyed and finished fabric is improved, however, their color depth,fixation and hand feeling show little changes with elevation of curing temperatures. The color fastness to soaping and rubbing, fixation of treated samples decrease, and their color depth exhibits an inverse trend as concentration of direct dyes in bath solution increased. In addition, it is found that the fixation of fixing components is not much effected by incorporation of softening components in fixing-softening agents, three softening components make different impact on the performance of dyed and finished cotton fabrics.
