【Abstract】 This paper discusses all kinds of problems in use of chargeable battery.Then a dynamic parameters testing system has been develped.This system can charge and discharge batteries.It can also overcome battery memory effect.Furthermore,it is able to test their dynamic and static resistance,voltages,tempeatures and so on.The system is open to users.According to needs of users,it is cut down or added.更多还原
