【摘要】 目的:评价抽疱法局部治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法:将58例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组于入院后立即将疱液抽净,再外用1％喷昔洛韦乳剂;对照组直接外用1％喷昔洛韦乳剂。系统治疗两组相同。每天分别观察、记录。结果:治疗组在水疱干涸时间和完全结痂方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.001)。结论:抽疱法能一定程度缩短带状疱疹病程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of treating Herpes Zoster by extracting the blister fluid. Method: Fifty-eight cases of Herpes Zoster were divided into two groups randomly. One was observation group and another was control group. For observation group, to extract the blister fluid as soon as the patient was hospitalized. Then spread 1 % Penci-clovir Cream topically. On the other hand, 1% Penciclovir Cream topically directly topical used only. Result; Periods of blisters drying and completely scabbing for observation group were shorter than controlled group significantly. Conclusion; Extracting blisters fluid can shorten the process of Herpes Zoster in some extent.更多还原
