污水海洋处置稀释扩散河工模型试验装置

【摘要】 污水海洋处置稀释扩散河工模型试验装置的建立包括模型试验理论基础、试验装置设计与制作、潮汐控制系统、数据采集系统及试验装置率定等 .建立后的模型试验装置应用于上海市白龙港第二污水排放口系统近区稀释扩散模型试验 ,对汇集污水量为 170万m3·d- 1 ,扩散器长度为 2 0 0m ,直径为 42 0 0mm ,6根上升管的直径为 14 0 0mm ,按模型比尺缩小 ,在不同工况下进行了稀释度试验 ,试验过程反映污水随长江口涨落潮流向上游或下游稀释扩散 ,同时在不同的潮型下 ,稀释 5 0倍、10 0倍等稀释度所包络的水域面积也不同 .试验结果表明 :模型设计正确 ,试验装置合理 ,潮汐控制先进 ,数据采集可靠 ,模型率定关键 .此装置的开发对研究污水海洋处置稀释扩散具有重要作用

【Abstract】 The establishment of this model test equipment for sewage dilution and diffusion of ocean disposal includes the model experiment theory foundation,the design and manufacture of the test equipment,the tide control system,data collection system,calibration of the test equipment,and so on.After accomplishment the equipment was used in the near field dilution and diffusion model test of Bai Longhang’s second sewage outfall.The 1 700 thousand m 3 ·d -1 sewage discharge,the 200 m long diffuser with a  4 200 diameter and the 6  1 400 rising pipes were all reduced according to the model scale.The dilution test was carried out under different conditions.It can be seen from the test that sewage dilutes and diffuses with the rise and fall of the Yangtze Estuary,and the area enveloped by 50 times and 100 times dilution isoline is different under different tidal stencils.The results indicate that the design of the model is correct,the test equipment is reasonable,the tidal control is advanced,the date collection is dependable and the model calibration is critical.The development of this device is of great importance to the study of sewage dilution and diffusion of ocean disposal.
