逼尿肌-括约肌协调的电刺激机理及其临床研究
Electrical Stimulation Mechanism of Detrusor - sphincter Coordination and Its Clinical Application
【摘要】 为解决截瘫病人的排尿功能障碍,研究了膀胱逼尿肌和括约肌的协调问题。根据不同类型肌肉在电刺激下反应不同的机理并参照Bindley骶前神经根电刺激法,自行研制开发了新型膀胱功能代偿的电刺激控制器应用于临床,取得了良好的效果。
【Abstract】 In order to restore bladder function of paraplegic patients with spinal cord injury, the coordination mechanism of the bladder detrusor and sphincter has been studied in this paper. According to different response of the different muscles to electrical stimulation and referring to Brindley’s sacral anterior root stimulative therapy, we developed a new type of the electrical stimulator and applied it to clinic. The results are satisfactory.
