基于小波包分析的铝合金点焊飞溅研究
Wavelet Packet Analysis for Spot Welding Splash of Aluminum-Alloy
【摘要】 提出了在铝合金点焊过程中 ,采用小波包分析判断飞溅发生的一种新方法 .通过对点焊过程中电压信号进行小波包分析 ,可以获得不同频带中的电流信号时域波形 ,根据波形的不同形态和特征 ,判断点焊过程中飞溅的发生 .试验证明 ,利用小波包分析方法可准确判断飞溅发生的情况 ,因此它可作为一种可靠的方法广泛应用于铝合金的点焊质量控制
【Abstract】 This paper investigates the problems of the splash in the process of aluminum-alloy spot welding(PASW). Wavelet packet analysis ,a new method based on wavelet transform, has been introduced to estimate splash signals .The eigenvalues of voltage signals in different frequency bands can be used to determine whether splash is generated or not. The experimental results have presented that wavelet packet analysis can decide the situations in which the splash should happen in PASW. In the meantime, it has been proved that wavelet packet analysis is a useful way of monitoring the welding quality in PASW.
