【摘要】 在近年来 ,国内外关于冷压焊的结合机理出现了不少假说 ,虽然这些理论解释了冷压焊中的一些现象 ,但存在着许多缺陷和不足 .为了对冷压焊界面结合本质有更深入的认识 .作者采用先进的测试技术结合研究工作综合阐述了不同组合金属冷压焊界面结合机理并得出结论 :在冷压焊条件下有些金属组合是靠冶金结合 ,有些组合是靠机械结合和金属键结合 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Espcially in the recent years,some people at home or aboad put forward hypotheses about the bonding mechanism.Although these hypotheses can explain some phenomena of cold pressure welding ,many defects exist.In order to further study the mechanism of cold pressure welding,the advanced microscopic test are adopted and the result that different match metals have different interfacial bonding mechanisms are discussed in this paper :Some bonding depend on metallurgic bonding,others depend on mechanical force and metal bonding更多还原
