【Abstract】 An experimental research was carried out on the hydrodynamic characteristics of a structure packed trickle bed reactor(TBR), and the influence of liquid and gas flow rates on the liquid distribution, pressure drop, liquid holdup and backmixing were studied. The liquid distribution property was measured by the sectional held method and liquid backmixing and holdup were measured by the pulse response technology. The result shows that the liquid distribution property is much better and the pressure drop is relatively lower in the structure packed TBR than in the conventional packed, yet the structure packed TBR has a higher backmixing coefficient than the conventional one.更多还原
