N~2,9-二乙酰基鸟嘌呤的合成
Synthesis of N~2,9--diacetylguanine
【摘要】 本文介绍了用N,N-二甲基吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂合成N~2,9-二乙酰基鸟嘌呤的新方法,并对催化剂及其他因素的影响进行了研究,该方法具有操作简便,反应时间短,产品收率高达76％的优点。
【Abstract】 A new synthetic method of N~2, 9 - diacetylguanine using N, N - dimethylpridine(DMAP) ascatalyst is introduced. The catalyst and other influential factors are discussed. The method hasmany advantages such as convenient operation, short reaction time and high yield (up to 76%)
