【Abstract】 Fourteen amino acids in leaves of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. were separated and determined by reversed - phase high performance liquid chromatography with pre - column derivazation using o - phthalaldehyde(OPA) as a derivatizing reagent. The chromatographic conditions were examined and optimized. This result can supply some help to make full use of leaves of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. as feed.
