苯丙氨酸衍生物的色谱手性拆分——采用分子印迹聚合物作为色谱固定相

【摘要】 合成苯丙氨酸衍生物的分子印迹聚合物作为色谱固定相 ,对其对映异构体进行手性拆分 ;流动相中加入乙酸增加极性 ,分离效果较好 ,但乙酸含量太高 ,分离因子会降低 ,甚至会破坏柱材料 ,进样样品浓度越低 ,分离效果越好 ,色谱柱温度升高 ,分离因子α会增大 ,温度为65℃时α为1.82 ;观察了分子印迹聚合物的微观结构

【Abstract】 Molecular imprinting polymer of L _ phenylalanine ethyl ester(L _ PHOET) was synthesized and used for chiral resolution of enantiomers of PHOET as a chromatographic stationary phase. Acetic acid was added into the mobile phase of acetontrile to improve the resolution due to changing its polarity, however excessive acetic acid could reduce the resolution factor, even destroy the column. The lower concentration of detected sample could obtain better resolution. The resolution factor α increased with the raise of temperature of the column. The α was 1.82 when the temperature of the column was at 65 ℃. The microstructure of the molecular imprinting polymer was observed by TEM.
