【摘要】 中国建设项目管理已逐渐成熟完善 ,但建设项目管理历来只重视项目的前期及实施阶段的管理工作 ,而不太重视后评价这一重要环节 .忽视后评价的直接后果是不能积累历史经验 ,使整个建设项目管理体系不能形成良性循环 .结合中国建设项目管理的实际情况 ,寻找适合中国工程管理的后评价体系 ,着重从建设项目后评价的内容方面结合实例 ,浅析我国建设项目后评价体系大框架的建立方向 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction project management of China has become more and more mature and complete.But people always pay more attention to the job of project anticipation and project execution process,and neglect an important job,which is post evaluation.The direct consequence makes experience accumulation very difficult for project management and the whole project management system can’t form a positive circulatory system.This paper centers on the content,and methods of post evaluation system of China,and also gives an actual example.更多还原
