【摘要】 目的　探讨成人肠套叠的病理基础与CT表现的关系。方法　回顾分析 15例成人继发性肠套叠的CT表现及其病理改变。结果　 15例成人继发性肠套叠的病因分别为 :结肠癌 9例 ,淋巴瘤 1例 ,转移瘤 1例 ,小肠息肉 2例 ,慢性阑尾炎 2例。 15例肠套叠病人的CT表现为 :靶征、彗星尾征及肾形肿块。结论　CT能很好地显示肠套叠的套入部 ,因此可为手术者制定详尽的手术方案提供参考更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between CT findings and pathologic basis of intussusception in adults.Methods CT manifestations and pathologic findings in 15 adult patients with intussusception were analyzed retrospectively.Results The causes of 15 patients included colonic carcinoma ( n =9),lymphoma( n =1),metastatic tumor( n =1),small intestinal polyps ( n =2) and chronic appendicitis ( n =2).On CT scan, target sign,comet tail sign and kidney like tumor sign were demonstrated.Conclusions CT can well display the intussusceptum, which is helpful for the operative management of intussusception before operation.更多还原
