【摘要】 目的　探讨下腔静脉滤器置入术预防肺动脉栓塞的临床效果。方法　回顾总结 6例Ⅰ～Ⅲ型肺动脉栓塞的患者应用下腔静脉滤器置入术预防致死性肺动脉栓塞发生的诊治情况。结果　 6例患者被成功进行下腔静脉滤器置入术后 ,无致死性肺动脉栓塞发生 ,原有肺动脉栓塞通过治疗痊愈 ;随访 6～ 38个月 ,无滤器移位和相关并发症 ,无再次出现肺动脉栓塞。结论　应用下腔静脉滤器置入术预防肺动脉栓塞是简便、安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the filter of inferior vena cava for prevention of fatal pulmonary embolism formation.Method 6 cases of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb treated by insertion of inferior vena cava filter in our hospital were analysed retrospectively.Results 6 patients were followed up for 6～38 monthes.There were no complications occurred in the series and no migration of the filters was found.No fatal pulmonary embolism was reoccurred.Conclusion The inferior vena cava filter implantation is a safe and effective method to prevent fatal pulmonary embolism.更多还原
