双零电流开关四象限变流器控制方案研究
Study on control strategy of a dual-ZCS four quadrant converter
【摘要】 由于现有的一些零电流转换 (ZCT)变流器无法有效解决主管的开通问题 ,而且在这些方案中辅管必须在大电流状态下关断 ,因此都不适用于大功率的应用场合。本文深入研究了一种新型双零电流开关四象限变流器的拓扑结构 ,应用这种拓扑结构的变流器能够使所有的主管和辅管都工作于零电流开通和零电流关断的状态下 ,从而使变流器一直存在的电磁兼容和高开关损耗问题得到有效缓解。针对该拓扑的特点 ,本文提出了一种软开关控制方案 ,并以此方案为基础进行了计算机仿真 ,仿真结果证实了该方案的可行性
【Abstract】 Existing zero current transition converters do not solve main switch turn on problems and require auxiliary switch to be turned off with large current. Therefore, they are not suitable for high power applications. In this paper, the topology of a dual ZCS four quadrant converter is deeply discussed which enable all main switches and auxiliary switches to be turn on and off under zero current conditions.So the switching losses and the EMI caused by converters can be reduced significantly. Also a control strategy of the realization of soft switching is given. Computer simulation with Saber shows the satisfactory characteristic of the control strategy.
