基于单轴损伤的货车钩尾框多轴疲劳寿命分析

【摘要】 基于单轴应变疲劳分析 ,提出了比例加载多轴应力状态下的疲劳寿命计算方法。采用钩尾框 AAR载荷谱和我国实测载荷谱 ,对货车 13号车钩钩尾框进行了细致的有限元计算和多轴疲劳寿命分析 ,结果与实际相吻合。并证明载荷谱中大载荷对疲劳损伤有主要贡献

【Abstract】 Based on the local strain method of the single axle stress condition method, the multi axial stress condition computing method of the proportional loading is presented. The loading spectrum of the AAR loading spectrum and the truck coupling loading spectrum tested in China were adopted to calculate precisely for the No.13 coupler yoke using FEM,and to do multi axial fatigue life analysis. The result is coincidense with the practice service experience. And also the fact is proven that the large load contributed much to the fatigue damage in the load spectrum.
