【Abstract】 The epidemiological investigation showed that effect of cotton dust on pulmonary function in exposed workers was mainly acute change, and concentration of cotton dust was direct ratio with the harm. In addition, the endotoxin, atopy, cotton dust extract and smoking were also associated with injured pulmonary function in exposed workers. However, these toxic factors were short of specific characteristics, which has need of further studies.更多还原
